Bonnie had a double knee replacement. One knee healed beautifully, but she endured 3 years of post-surgical pain and frustration with the other knee. She had seen many other doctors, wasted a lot of time and money, and was still in pain. It got to the point that she was not able to bend her knee and rated the pain (on a scale of 0-10) as 15 or 20.
As a farm woman, Bonnie had spent her entire life working. Not only did her knee pain prevent her from doing her chores, it also kept her from enjoying everyday life with her 6 adult children and 12 grandchildren.
Bonnie appreciated that she was given a realistic plan for her recovery and was encouraged throughout her treatment plan. The treatments, including high intensity laser therapy, were unlike anything she had ever experienced elsewhere.
After treatment, Bonnie is back to working on the farm and reports that she’s virtually pain free – unless she pushes herself too much.
