Insurance and Payments
COST OF TREATMENT
We believe in being transparent in the costs associated with your care. Before beginning any care plan, you will receive a written estimate including the anticipated number of treatments and total cost of care.
INSURANCE
InMotion Pain Solutions is a direct-pay clinic, meaning you pay us directly for your care. This is because most of our services are not covered by insurance. If you wish to submit claims to your insurance provider to see if you can be reimbursed, we will be happy to supply you with documentation of your charges. Please contact your insurance plan if you have any questions on coverage and how to submit your own claims.
HSA / FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNTS
InMotion Pain Solutions services may be eligible for flex or health savings account reimbursements. Please contact your insurance plan if you have questions about eligibility and how to submit for potential reimbursement.
MEDICARE
We are enrolled in Medicare. They do cover some, but not all, aspects of our care. Services that are not covered by Medicare are the responsibility of the patient. We do not contract with supplemental insurance providers.
MEDICAID/ STATE INSURANCE
We do not accept Medicaid, Amerigroup, Wellpoint, or other state-provided insurance.
WORK INJURIES, PERSONAL INJURIES & AUTO ACCIDENTS
We do not submit claims to personal injury or auto insurance companies. If you are injured on the job, your care may or may not be covered under your employer’s Workers’ Compensation insurance. We do not submit Workers’ Compensation claims. We can provide you with a copy of your charges if you wish to submit claims on your own.
FINANCING
InMotion Pain Solutions is pleased to offer financing options for patients. If you are interested in learning more about this option, please ask the doctor.
PATIENT PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Care Credit.
